ERSE’s ALQ coils are wound with high purity OFC copper and feature ERSE’s PURITY GUARANTEE. The ALQ coils feature precision custom molded high temperature polycarbonate bobbins. ERSE’s polycarbonate material offers greater stability, temperature ratings and a higher insulation factor than our competitors nylon or ABS material. The ALQ’s are wound with our custom built computerized winding equipment and hysteresis tension devices; which allows for a more uniform coil free from the smear caused by mechanical tension devices. Each ALQ coil is wrapped with glass cloth acetate tape to protect the winding from damage. All ALQ’s polycarbonate material adheres very well to most adhesives and offers a center hole for additional mounting techniques.
