ERSE’s EQ series of coils starts and ends with high purity copper wire, and offers our PURITY GUARANTEE! Anything less is just inferior. Quite simply put this is the most important part of our EQ coils. Many of our competitors claim to offer high purity wire, but ask them to give you the specs and they will most likely put you on hold for a half hour while they try to find the specifications.

ERSE continues to strive for perfection by winding the EQ coils to Wheelers formula on proprietary Orthocyclic tooling with orthocyclic computerized coil winders equipped with hysteresis tension devices. Although this is expensive due to the number of tools and special equipment required, science tells us and testing shows us it offers the best performance with the least amount of wire. Most of our competitors wind their coils with standard tooling to save on tooling and machine set up costs. Our orthocyclic tooling is machined to 0.0007” tolerances. This high level of machining precision allows us to offer the exact same coil time after time.
